EUR 999 plus VAT / month

Certified external data protection officer: TÜV- or DEKRA-certified and admitted attorney
Appointment as EU representative for non-EU companies or support for your internal data protection officer
GDPR documentation: record of processing activities, data processing agreements (DPA), technical and organisational measures (TOMs)
Data protection impact assessment (DPIA) including threshold analysis and internal audits
Authority communication with supervisory authorities and round-the-clock data breach support
Training and awareness sessions for employees, online and on site — free in the first contract year; AI training only with the AI officer top-up
Software for GDPR documentation and a whistleblower system under the German Whistleblower Protection Act: included at no extra cost for the contract term
Individual services outside the flat rate: internal data protection audit EUR 1,999 per audit; online training on data protection or AI EUR 9 per person and on-site training EUR 49 per person (from EUR 1,499) from the 2nd contract year — prices for AI training are identical to those for data protection training
Top-up AI officer: + EUR 199 net per month for governance of your AI use, assessment of AI systems and obligations under the AI Act, internal AI policies for staff and review of AI vendors and their contracts; AI training is included only with this top-up
