To support our Berlin location (Kurfürstendamm), we are looking for a Trainee Legal Assistant (m/f/d) for a flexible start date.

Your Tasks:

As a trainee at KARIMI.legal, you will be involved in our exciting day-to-day law firm operations from the very beginning and will learn all facets of the profession. You will actively support our team and take on responsible tasks that will optimally prepare you for your future career.

• Exciting, varied tasks from the outset
• The opportunity to independently work on exam-relevant content at an early stage
• Support in client management and communication with courts and authorities
• Creation and editing of legal documents, pleadings, and contracts
• Maintenance of digital files and document management
• Monitoring and managing appointments and deadlines
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Support with administrative and organisational activities

Your Profile:

We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to immerse themselves in the world of commercial and media law with commitment and a willingness to learn. You have a strong digital affinity and are ready to actively contribute to our modern law firm environment.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly manner
• Good, error-free written and oral expression
• Proficient use of MS Office and affinity for digital tools
• Initiative and enthusiasm for a modern day-to-day law firm routine
• A high degree of responsibility and discretion
• A quick grasp of new concepts and enjoyment of learning
• Very good written and spoken German skills
