To support our Berlin office (Kurfürstendamm), we are looking for Legal Trainees (m/f/d) for their stage of practical training (Referendariat) on a full-time basis with flexible start dates.

Your Responsibilities:

As part of our team, you will handle exciting mandates in the areas of commercial, media, and competition law. You will gain comprehensive insights into legal practice and directly apply your acquired legal knowledge.

• Handling and managing client matters from A to Z
• Scholarly research and legal analysis of complex factual situations
• Drafting of pleadings with high relevance to the state examinations
• Supporting the digitalisation of internal law firm processes
• Preparation for court hearings and participation in negotiations
• Preparation of legal expert opinions and statements
• Participation in the development of litigation strategies
• Preparation and publication of legal news

Your Profile:

You are a committed individual who wishes to deepen your legal knowledge in a modern environment. Your affinity for digital tools and your precise way of working set you apart.

• Assignment within the legal profession stage (Anwaltsstation) or elective stage (Wahlstation)
• Affinity for digital tools and modern working methods
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent written expression as well as reliable spelling and grammar
• Very good command of the German language, both written and spoken
• Analytical mindset and independent way of working
• High level of commitment and willingness to learn
• Interest in commercial, media, and competition law
