Your Tasks:

In your role as a Student Assistant, you will be an essential part of our operational backbone and contribute significantly to the smooth digital recording of our correspondence. Your precise work ensures the digital workflow and the rapid processing of important documents.

  • Digitising, archiving, and structuring our extensive incoming post
  • Supporting the organisation and maintenance of digital files
  • Occasional errands or administrative assistance
  • Ensuring confidentiality and data protection in all processes
  • Active participation in the continuous optimisation of our digitisation processes

Your Profile:

We are looking for a reliable and meticulous individual who will enrich our team with commitment and a proactive way of working.

  • Enrolled student at a university or college
  • Extremely fast reading comprehension
  • High level of diligence and accuracy in your work
  • Reliability and a sense of responsibility
  • Basic knowledge of using PCs and scanners
  • Good command of German
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Ability to work in a team and a positive work attitude
